I worked with Cerrita during a time of real instability for my team as we tried to rebuild ourselves, our wellbeing and the foundation of our Inclusion work.  Cerrita took time to observe and understand our challenges in order to meet us where we were and worked around our hectic schedule to create a bespoke programme of group and individual coaching which help us navigate our newly formed team dynamic. With her support, we have been able to create boundaries specific to this sort of work and find a way to move forward with new structures and mindsets in order to undertake this work with renewed enthusiasm and psychological safety.

  • We offer two coaching packages for those in a leadership role.

    1. Assessment and Analysis

      This is leadership MOT. It will give you a bespoke review of your current leadership styles and strategies. Focussed on growing awareness you will come away with greater understanding of your style, and focussed areas for development.

    2. Leadership Development - this programme offers longer term, focussed worked developing on goals and needs identified in the assessment phase.

      You will be supported to work through leadership issues that you commonly experience and how to navigate these while maintaining authenticity in your leadership style or, for those who intetested in change, to try out something different. We will also work on unblocking psychological challenges and barriers that have prevented you from taking your career to the next level.

  • Learn how to support you team to increase productivity, manage change, or simply work more harmoniously.

    Our approach creates space for team reflection and explores how specific teams interface with other areas of your organisation or the client and marker. We combine operational analysis with psychological understanding. So, focussed consideration will be given to the surface dynamics and what this also tells us about what could be going on under the surface of the team, helpfully or unhelpfully. All of these aspects will be brought together to find a way through the challenge or transformation that you are navigating.

  • The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has provoked significant change in organisational processes. Some teams have accelerated innovation and change in service delivery. Other teams need support to reconnect with this new frontier as we continually re-emerge and re-craft our new normal.

    This programme supports teams and individuals to process changes. We use a trauma informed approach to support teams, making space to take stock. We use creative and narrative based interventions to explore and understand the impact of the pandemic for your team.

  • We offer a series of bespoke Arts based team or group programmes. Focussed on developing team cohesion, resilience, and therapeutic expression.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a form of psychotherapy suitable for Children and Adults. It is best known as a therapy for treating trauma or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It’s recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a treatment for PTSD. However, EMDR can be used to help with a range of needs related to maintaining a healthy mind and good mental health, including: anxiety, depression, addictions, behavioural difficulties, relationship issues and trauma.
