our 1:1 coaching Approach
If you’re looking for an integrated approach that is tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 coaching might be the right step for you.

We also offer specialist coaching for Teachers around managing challenging classroom dynamics. All individuals accessing coaching will also have a choice of two programmes:
Assessment and Analysis (typically 6 - 8 sessions)- your leadership style and current needs will be assessed. You will be given insight into potential psychological barriers and areas of development
Leadership Development (3 months minimum) - this offers longer term work focussed on working through the areas of development identified in the assessment phase.
